1. Booking is valid only in the name of the person/institution mentioned; review begins after full payment via QR code in the form.
2. Decoration (tables, chairs, sofas, lighting, etc.) must be arranged and paid for by the applicant. No temporary tents/pandals allowed around the Institute.
3. Auditorium timing: Ceremonial events – 8 AM to 7 AM next day; Cultural programmes – 3 PM to 10 PM. Any change requires prior approval.
4. Orchestra/music allowed only up to 10 PM and must remain below 65 dB. DJs, alcohol, fireworks, and vulgar performances are strictly prohibited.
5. No parking near Institute or Swimming Pool. Main gate remains closed from 12 midnight to 5 AM.
6. Caution deposit is refundable within 14 days after adjustments. Cancellations: 75% refund if 30+ days prior; 50% if less than 30 days.
7. Institute is not responsible for AC/power issues (no emergency backup). Bookings may be rescheduled due to natural or extraordinary circumstances.
