Terms & Conditions
Use of auditorium is limited to the person/organisation/institution in whose name allotment is made.
Booking requests will be reviewed only after full payment is made to the specified QR code provided in the booking form.
Decoration costs (table, chairs, sofa, lighting, etc.) to be borne by the party.
Booking time: Ceremonial events (8 am to 7 am next day), Cultural programmes (3 pm to 10 pm).
Changes in booking date/time require prior permission from Auditorium Authority.
No parking allowed in front of the Institute or Swimming Pool; main gate closed midnight to 5 am.
Orchestra/music system allowed only up to 10 pm with 65 Decibel limit.
No vulgar dance or vulgarity permitted inside the auditorium.
No fire crackers or fireworks allowed inside or outside auditorium campus.
DJs and alcohol strictly prohibited under any circumstance.
Caution deposit refundable after necessary adjustment within 14 days of event completion.
Cancellation: 30+ days prior: 75% refund of reservation + full caution/cleaning refund. Less than 30 days: 50% refund of reservation + caution/cleaning refund.
User must manage any inconvenience due to AC or power faults; emergency backup not provided.
- No temporary pandal or tent house allowed around Institute premises.
- Allotment may be cancelled by Institute due to natural calamity or extraordinary situations with rescheduled date.
